Please, allow me to introduce myself to you as a producer of metal handles for buckets.

My company has been producing bucket handles for buckets of various sizes since November, 1997.  The following companies have been major buyers of my products:

We are making our products, using handle bending machines made by Jouhsen-Bündgens, Grefe, Löttco and Schmale. At the moment, there are 16 wire bending machines operating.  For example, production speed in the 10-litre range is at about 55 pieces per minute.

Partially, wires are straightened, using rotational guide values, which guarantees top precision in the compression, as well as in the bending process. Through cutting piece length with 1/100 mm precision, all consecutive compression and bending processes can be done with enormous precision.

The material we use, is:

•   iron wire, hardened,
•   with light-coloured zink coating,
•   strength value: 500-700 N/mm²

produced by Drahtwerk St. Ingbert GmbH, Bekaert and Hesse. These producers stand for permanently high product quality standards.  We will not hesitate to supply on your request testing certificates for the use of this material.

Due to the size of my company, I am in a position to immediately and flexibly respond to customers´ requirements.  I have tried to maintain a surplus stock of handles available on demand for customers ordering regularly, so as to prevent any customer´s production from coming to a standstill for reasons of handle shortages.

The handles are packed in cardboard, with them being practically tied together according to size, which will make handling them easier.

In 2000 our company has been awarded certification by the TÜV, or: Technical Control Board, of Berlin-Brandenburg according to DIN, or: German Industrial Standard, EN ISO 2002 standards. Back in November, 2001, we successfully passed the first supervisory audit.
